Profile Settings

Profile settings let you to define your name and other identifying information, change your password, set up two-factor authentication, and create signatures and initials for use in Docubee. You can update your profile at any time.

In this article:

Update Your Profile

  1. Log in to Docubee.
  2. Click your account icon at the upper-right corner of your screen.
  3. Click Profile Settings.
  4. You can update the following: First Name, Last Name, Company, and/or Title/Position.
    • Email Address cannot be changed.
  5. Click Update Profile.

Your profile is now updated.

Your Social Media Accounts

If you signed up for Docubee with Facebook or Google, your name will automatically be set to match your name from your social media profile.
Note: Updating your name in Docubee does not update your name in Facebook or Google.

Create Signature and Initials

Create your profile signature and initials for use in your documents.

  1. In the Docubee Signature section, click:
    • Create Signature to display the Draw Signature modal
    • Create Initials to display the Draw Initials modal.
  2. In the modal, you can:
    • draw your signature or initials or 
    • type your name or initials.
      Note: To draw the signature or initials on your mobile device, select the third tab and use your mobile device to scan the QR code.
  3. Click Save Signature.

The signature and initials will be saved and used for signing and initializing documents in Docubee.
