Formula 55 Implements Docubee to Streamline Gym Registration

When it comes to opening and running a fitness center, there’s a lot of paperwork involved. Between the application, contract, and waivers, there are a variety of processes that must be streamlined from start to finish. This struggle was no exception for Formula 55. Founded in 2006 by trainer Beau Taillefer, the program originally started with a few clients.

Since opening its doors on Henderson Road in Tampa, its membership has grown rapidly. With new members joining every week, processes that were once simple became difficult to manage.

About the Client

As of today, Formula 55 manages and runs its programs at the Renaissance Center, which is home to Wellcare, AAA, and a branch of Capital One. Formula 55 gives clients a variety of options for exercise including personal training, transformation camps, and online workouts. The premise of the program is to focus on nutrition, cardio, and strength training to reach goals faster and help clients maintain a healthy lifestyle.

After implementing Docubee, the team is more productive and efficient in their application process. The work was streamlined and their staff was relieved. Now instead of sifting through hard copies, Formula 55 can easily navigate to the appropriate client quickly to search for information. “Docubee helped us streamline the application process, create more forms, and execute the e-signature process. We used to email waivers and now there’s a digital way to process and capture that information. We look more professional now because of Docubee,” remarks Zayas.
