Meet the Leadership Team
Megan Brooks
Chief Operating Officer
Megan oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations at Accusoft. As Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for setting product direction, go-to-market strategy, organizational goals, and operational plans for the company. Megan possesses extensive experience in strategic business management including marketing, organizational change, operations, and enterprise systems implementation. Having led teams for over 20 years, Megan combines her people management expertise and business acumen to lead Accusoft in their ongoing growth initiatives.
Steve Wilson
Chief Product Officer
Steve is responsible for Accusoft’s product management and engineering teams. During his time with the company, Steve has transitioned through several roles, including directing development for several product areas. Steve left Accusoft in 2013 to build and run the engineering team for a local startup. Since rejoining the company, Steve has been focused on building the product organization and launching Accusoft’s new end-user SaaS product offerings. In his spare time, you can find Steve boating and fishing with his family on the waters surrounding Tampa Bay.
Ian Carlson
Senior Director of Revenue Operations
Ian is responsible for the development and oversight of Docubee’s marketing and sales infrastructure, systems, and processes. His role includes the management of Docubee’s CRM, marketing automation, product marketing, and lead funnel. With a dedication to continuous improvement and unwavering results, Ian’s professional journey is anchored in the belief that effective sales and marketing operations are at the core of organizational prosperity. By harnessing technology, and promoting cross-functional teamwork, Ian is driven to propel Docubee towards their revenue objectives.
Jindy Carter
Senior Director of Sales
Jindy has served as the Senior Director of Sales for Docubee since 2022, where she is responsible for the revenue growth and retention of the organization. Jindy oversees the sales organization, including the direct sales, sales development, sales engineering, and customer success teams. In her role, she spearheads perfecting Docubee’s go-to-market sales strategy as well as the organization’s commitment to customer experience. Prior to joining Docubee, Jindy spent over 15 years leading high-growth sales teams for small organizations, large Fortune 1000 companies, and every size in between.
Ryan Calvin
Senior Director of Human Resources
Ryan Calvin, Senior Director of Human Resources for Accusoft, is responsible for leading the organization's overarching people and culture strategy. Ryan is an outcome-driven Human Resources leader with 15+ years of experience creating and delivering multi-national HR programs spanning across company sizes, industries, and business maturity. Her strategic and operational background includes guiding HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partner teams. Ryan’s passion for creating a people-first leadership culture in which employees can grow, thrive, and feel they belong supports company-wide growth and scaling initiatives. Ryan resides in Clearwater, Florida with her husband and two daughters. When she’s not working hard to make Accusoft a great place to work, you can find her traveling, spending time on the water, and finding creative ways to keep her kiddos entertained.
Jennifer Culbertson
Senior Director of Marketing
Jennifer serves as Senior Director of Marketing for Accusoft, where she oversees all marketing functions for the company’s diverse range of products. With more than two decades of B2B SaaS marketing experience, she is dedicated to developing revenue-driven marketing programs that highlight Accusoft’s innovative products and purpose-driven initiatives. She has significant expertise in leading high-performing teams and executing impactful marketing strategies across various disciplines including lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), go-to-market strategy, product marketing, sales enablement, branding, events, and public relations.
Crystal Hoecker
Director of Marketing
Crystal serves as Director of Marketing, leading the Docubee marketing team to create awareness and demand for Docubee’s all-in-one contract automation platform. With over 10 years of experience, Crystal harnesses her passion for building dynamic teams, developing marketing strategies, and doing her part for the environment to teach customers the benefits of going digital with the right tool. When she’s not acting as Queen Bee of the marketing team, you can find Crystal spending time with her husband and two daughters exploring all that Florida has to offer.

Director of Strategic Engineering
Jamison Prianos serves as the Director of Strategic Engineering for Docubee, leading multiple engineering teams of exceptional developers in building and maintaining the company’s world-class products. Jamison brings more than 15 years of software development experience across business domains, as well as a passion for exceeding customer expectations to his role. Jamison was a founding member of the Docubee team and has been proud to help shape the technology, the product, and the culture that makes Docubee truly special.
Mallary Whitten
SaaS Sales Manager
Mallary serves as the SaaS Sales Manager at Docubee. Bringing 10 years of sales experience to her role, she focuses on building strategies to show businesses of all sizes that Docubee is an affordable and intuitive solution for their paperwork needs. Her passion for helping organizations find their perfect solution continually creates high-value opportunities for both Docubee and the teams who use it. On the weekends, you can find Mallary running half-marathons, and spending time with her husband and 2-year-old son.
Landon Lamb
Engineering Tech Lead
Landon serves as the Engineering Tech Lead for Docubee, guiding the engineering team in implementing product updates and working alongside his teammates to deploy product enhancements that put customer experience first. Landon’s dedication to the Docubee brand has allowed him to work his way from the support team, to the engineering team, and ultimately take on this role with a deep understanding of the product and its customers.
